Returns Policy

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. This right applies to all goods purchased on this website except for piercing related products, these are excluded because of current Health & Hygiene Regulations.

Silversilver is committed to supplying customers with high quality products. We ensure all products are in perfect working condition before sending the order to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, in the event that products are found to be faulty, please refer to our Returns Policy outlined below.

If the item(s) you have ordered through our website are unsuitable or damaged you have 7 days under distance selling regulations and a further 3 days under our Customer Satisfaction Promise in which to return them either in-store OR to the returns address below. Before returning any products please inform us of your intentions by calling the shop or sending an email to jenna@silversilverjewellery.com detailing your item(s) you wish to return and the reason. Please return, within 10 days of receiving your item(s), to:

We strongly recommend that you arrange for proof of delivery on returned items as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery. Providing the item(s) is received in perfect and resaleable condition we will provide you with an exchange or refund.
